Hurley is a wooden stick used in Hurling and Camogie. It typically measures between 45 cm and 96 cm long with flattened, curved bas at the end. This bas was used to strike Sliotar ball.
SLIOTAR
Sliotar is a hard solid sphere slightly larger than a tennis ball which consists of a cork core covered by two pieces of leather stitched together.
As a conclusion, Hurling may seem a strange sport to understand, but once you understand the rules, it becomes a great sport to watch. There was one time I watch Hurling on Youtube, it really fasts and nerve-wracking game ever because everyone sprint around the field to catch the ball from the other team. I hope this information may added your knowledge about other sport from another country.
