Alright ! In my previous blog, I have shared about the benefits of Pilates. Pilates is a form of exercise that aims to develop flexibility, good posture, strength, and balance at all the same time. It requires concentration and focus because you will move your body through precise ranges of motion. This exercise can lengthen and strengthen your major muscles group in your body. So, let's rewind some points of benefits of Pilates.

1. Improve body posture
2. Better balance
3. Enhance core stability
4. Improved flexibility
5. Increased mental fitness
6. Greater stamina
7. Increased strength

Of course, the benefits will be more than that. So, we can see Pilates can be one of the exercise routines for any genders, all age categories, and in any environment. As a reminder, Mat was required to avoid any injuries during performing exercise especially back pain. If there's no mat, please use soft yet can protect your back from the hard floors such as a towel or blanket. PLEASE do a self check either you have a history of chronic pain that requires you to not overused muscles or any limbs. If you in these categories, it's a good thing if you consult with your doctor first before performing any exercises.
